Today, May 17th, a California man was found deep in the woods after his car crashed a week before. Police said that the man survived without food or water for one whole week solely because he was unconscious and his body depended on stored energy. The man's family reported him missing a week ago after he failed to arrive at a family function, sending the police on a missing person’s case. Fortunately, the police found his body and were able to get him medical attention.
There are some things that the driving test can't teach us. In the events of a car accident, or severe incident we depend on our own instincts, not the fundamental lessons we learned down at Lodi.
Yor're opinion couldn't be more true. Just last week, a man rear-ended my friend while I was in the car. We weren't taught from our lessons what to do when this happened, but our instincts kind of just kicked in. Thank god it wasn't too bad of an accident!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree. I feel like the driving test doesn't teach kids anything really. I think it’s important for kids to learn what to do when they get in a sever accident or even a fender bender. It is awful that his man had to suffer but I'm glad the police found him and he was able to get help.
